Jury Nullification in the news again

Ask most people, even law enforcement types, and you’re likely to find very few that are aware of what this really is, and it’s likely to be regarded by them as “some form of anarchy”, instead of a valid Constitutional right. It’s been a while since I’ve seen any case of Jury Nullification in the news. Government despises it, judges and prosecutors are so terrified of it that they routinely poll jurors to weed out those that are aware of their rights, especially in cases where the defendant is a known protester of government policies.
